At Aqeel Bridal Bedding, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of bridal and bedding products, returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged
• The item is defective
• The item received is incorrect (wrong product or design)

Requests for return or exchange must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Color difference due to screen or lighting variations
• Normal wear and tear
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return or exchange:

Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

Wait for confirmation from our support team before returning the item

Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Item must be unused and unwashed
• Item must be in original packaging
• All accessories and packaging must be intact

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (where applicable)
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

If your exchange request is approved:

• The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item is received and inspected
• Exchange is subject to product availability

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• In case of our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Aqeel Bridal Bedding
