• We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping

ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed after confirmation via WhatsApp, phone call, or website checkout
• Order processing usually takes 1–2 working days
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Major cities: 3–5 working days
• Other cities & remote areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout or during order confirmation
• Any additional charges imposed by the courier in remote areas are the responsibility of the customer

COURIER SERVICES

• We use trusted third-party courier services for order delivery
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking number may be shared (where available)
• Aqeel Bridal Bedding is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies

CASH ON DELIVERY (IF APPLICABLE)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected areas
• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information
• Refusal of COD parcels without valid reason may result in order restrictions in the future

FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY

Delivery may fail or be delayed due to:

• Customer unavailability

• Courier service limitations

In such cases, re-delivery charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

ORDER RECEIVING GUIDELINES

Upon receiving your order, please:

• Record an unboxing video for safety and verification
• Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos or videos
• In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue
